Project Manager

Grace Nkechi is a committed activist with extensive experience in project management, communication, and advocacy, particularly in the field of improving access to health services for young people living with HIV in Cameroon. Over the years, she has actively contributed to the design, coordination, and implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing barriers to healthcare, combating stigma, and strengthening community-based support systems.

Passionate about youth empowerment, Grace strongly believes in the transformative power of young people to shape policies and influence change. She works tirelessly to promote inclusion, participation, and leadership among youth, ensuring that their voices are not only heard but also drive meaningful decision-making processes.

In addition to her work in advocacy, Grace has demonstrated strong skills in capacity building, partnership development, and community mobilisation, positioning herself as a bridge between civil society organisations, health institutions, and affected communities. Her commitment to community health awareness and her vision for a more inclusive and equitable healthcare system continue to inspire the young people she works with.
